+ Job Responsibility:

• Check the quality of work at customer sites

• Support and Improve staff technical skills and quality of work

• Support sales and marketing department for site survey and prepare BOQ

• Design and specify solutions for quotations

• Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues

• Provide customer issue support on call and on-site if need

• Support on new product testing

• Report to the technical manager on status and issues

• All other duties as assigned by management

+Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science or closely related field

• At least 3 years of experience in technical supervisor skill

• Good skills in problem solving and troubleshoot

• Quick learner

• Be able to design by using AutoCAD, Ms. Viso,….. and Ms. office

• Honest  and hardworking

• Able to work overtime or on weekends depending on the requirements of the project

• Willing  to travel out to province to do installations at customer sites

• Be able to work under pressure

• Languages: English-Fluent

• Experiences in Technology company is plus (Alarm, CCTV systems, Access Control etc..)
