Westec is looking for a project manager to manage enterprise level projects for some of our biggest clients.

You will be both responsible and accountable for the end to end completion of projects.

+ Job  Responsibilities:

•  Leading project planning sessions

• Ensuring Projects meet deadlines

• Managing large and diverse teams

• Coordinating staff and internal resources

• Managing Relationship with clients and stakeholders

• Managing project progress and adapt work as required

• Actively manage of the project scope throughout the project.

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate in a clear and timely manner when appropriate.

+ Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline

• 3+ years of working experience in the related field

• Able to work overtime or on weekends depending on the requirements of the project

• Experiences in technology company is plus (Alarm, CCTV systems, Access Control etc.)

• Must be self-driven and have the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time

• Ability to multi task and manage various project elements simultaneously

• Overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion

• Excellent English and interpersonal communications skills

• Honest and hardworking with leadership skills

• Capacity to manage high stress situations

• Willing to travel out to the province
