+ Job Responsibility:

• Ensure all accounts are recorded and maintain completely and timely in systems

• Prepare and submit for review and processing payment to the supplier by credit terms

• Review and control all expenses

• Prepare monthly expenses and account payable (aging)

• Ensure all report are meet the deadline

• Filling and maintain documents in the proper file

• To ensure all supporting documents are attached to expenses

• Other tasks assign by the supervisor

+Job Requirement

• Fresh graduate in the accounting field

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software

• Good command of written and spoken English

• High responsibility, honest and good attitude

• Be able to work as a team
