+ Job Responsibility:
Manage full spectrum of HR function including; Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Discipline, Grievance Handling and Exit procedures.
Organize and maintain HR information.
Responsible planning & implementation of HR projects and initiative.
Draft Human Resource policies and prepare HR management reports.
Ensure that company’s policies is complied with local Labor Law and implemented
Conduct interviews and on-boarding process for new hirer/staff.
Prepare staff job description for all positions and levels, if necessary.
Prepare staff salary and submit to department head and finance for approval and further process.
Coordinate with functional managers and other department heads in training support and facilitate when needed.
Prepare staff employment contract
Coordinate and facilitate both local and expat employees in making employment book and work permit.
Prepare job advertisement and send to various job portals for advertising.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Keep record of office supplies and fixed assets.
Preparing budgets and tracking expenditure across the organization.
Purchasing stationery and other office supplies.
Scheduling meetings and events based on staff members' availability.
Drafting agendas, booking venues, and sourcing refreshments ahead of each event.
Representing the organization during meetings with stakeholders.
Securing transport and accommodation bookings for staff upon request.
Formulating and distributing administration policies, and updating existing protocols.
Ensure office hygiene and cleanliness.
In charge of office renovation
+ Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3-year experience in HR field.
Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written Communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
