Westec is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following positions:
Admin & HR Supervisor
+ Job Responsibility:
Maintains HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices
Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents and other personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality
Maintains all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs.
Directs and oversees all administration related activities.
Monitors the compensation and benefits data of the company to determine the
competitiveness of the compensation plan.
Manages the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals
Conduct interviews and on-boarding process for new hirer/staff.
Prepare staff job description for all positions and levels, if necessary.
Prepare staff attendance and overtime work and submit to department head and finance for approval and further process.
Coordinate with functional managers and other department heads in training support and facilitate when needed.
Prepare staff employment contract
Coordinate and facilitate both local and expat employees in making employment book and work permit.
Prepare job advertisement and send to various job portals for advertising.
Managing company fix asset, office stationaries and depreciation preparation
Check office supplies and make stationary reports.
Managing all daily office operation activities
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
+ Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3-year experience in HR field.
Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written Communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
